The installation program assigns all access rights to the user’s installation folder. However, if you change the user on a computer, it is important to grant the access rights to the installation folder for this user as well.
- Installation folder (ex.: C:\Program Files\VisionCivil)
Procedure:
- Select the directory in which you wish to modify the rights ;
- Right-click on the mouse button and select « Properties » ;
- Select the « Security » tab ;
- Click on the « Edit » button.
- Under the « Group or user names » table, select the user/account name.
- Under the section « Permissions for users » check the « Total Control » box in the « Allow » column..
• Click the « Apply » followed by the « OK » button.
Follow this procedure for other directories.
