✔ Shared with Virtual Surveying – Alignments created in virtual surveying are automatically accessible in the Civil Module.
✔ Supports Vertical Curves & Pipes – The Civil module enhances alignments by adding vertical curves, pipes, and cross-sections.
✔ Essential for Profiles & Sections – Used as a reference for generating profiles, sections, and road modeling (centerline).
✔ Multiple Alignments Per Project – Users can switch between alignments easily by selecting the desired one from the list.

2. Types of Alignments in the Civil Module

There are four different types of alignments, each with a specific purpose in civil engineering and surveying. The available interface tabs will vary depending on the alignment type selected.

✔ Alignments Imported from Virtual Surveying – These only contain the first two tabs (same as in virtual surveying).
✔ Additional Alignment Types in the Civil Module – Feature expanded options, including vertical geometry, pipe networks, and cross-sections.
