Compatibility

The applications are now compatible with MicroStation Connect and PowerDraft Connect drawing platforms. Ref.: Civ-3186

Lots and Land Titles History Record

It is now possible to save land titles history as well as lots in VisionPlus via the "Research report". It is possible to save searches in a centralized database, allowing to synchronize searches with all the new projects.

Drawing menu

The "Point highlight" function allows to highlight a VisionPlus point by displaying the point number in a symbol linked to the origin of the point. Ref.: Civ-3212

The "Draw – Erase points" function has been redone in order to harmonize its functioning in the drawing platforms of MicroStation, PowerDraft, BricsCAD and AutoCAD. Ref.: Civ-3369

Geometry Functions

A new option is available in the "Global settings" to display the localization functions either in a "Dialog box" or in a "Command line" mode. Ref.: Civ-3300

Intersection Functions

The intersection functions have been integrated into the graphic platform engine. Ref.: Civ-3098, Civ-3099

Import of a Configuration

In order to facilitate the creation of a new configuration, a new tool allows to add to a VisionPlus configuration the definition of layers, lines and texts from those found in a CAD drawing file. Ref.: Civ-475

Configuration

It is now possible to set line thickness in VisionPlus lines, elements and layers configurations. This new functionality applies to the products of AutoCAD and BricsCAD platforms. Ref.: Civ-3315

Updates on existing functions

Location Menu

The new interfaces of the functions of the "Geometry" menu (Traverse angle, intersections, ...) allow new types of inputs:

• Coordinates for points
• Distance between two Vision points (1+2) for distances
• Direction formed by two Vision points (1+2) for directions
• Adding a value using a ";" for distances and directions.

Parcels

The lots informations in "Research report" function will be copied when a parcel is duplicated in the parcels manager. Ref.: Civ-3158

Inverse and Traverse Angle Report

It is now possible to stitch points in the CAD using the "Inverse" and "Traverse angle / report" functions integrated in the drawing platform to display a report of directions and distances. Ref.: Civ-3314 and Civ-3173

Technical Description

The note for the direction, in technical description template "HQ", has been modified to incorporate the "fusion code" of the coordinate system. Ref.: Civ-3304

Points Groups

A corrective was done to VisionCogo point group functionality to select points from a list of PCodes.  Ref.: Civ-3154

Field Data Importation

For file formats "TDS" and "LeicaXML", a new option has been added in the "Field data importation" function to not record points and chains at importation moment. These points and chains will be saved after the field data calculated by the "Field data calculation" function. Ref.: Civ-3241

An error message has been added to the "Field data importation" when the entered file path is invalid. Ref.: Civ-2424

After importing a raw file, the imported file is automatically selected in the list on the left. Ref.: Civ-2950

Field Data Calculation

To improve the graphical representation of a survey, symbols were added to show the direction of the foresight and backsight of the station. Ref.: Civ-2670

Manual observation entry has been enhanced by adding default values. Ref.: Civ-3007

The list of Field data file can now be sorted by ascending, descending or entry order. Ref.: Civ-2949

An option is added to the "Field data calculation" user interface to calculate 2D field observations even if the Vision database is initialized in 3D. Ref.: Civ-2823

The printing function of the "Field data calculation" allows the PCode to be displayed in "Code", "Description" or "Code and description" mode. Ref.: Civ-3192

The processed point report no longer displayed the coordinate difference between the accepted value and the calculated value. Ref.: Civ-3166

Validation messages displayed elevation errors even if the field data had been calculated in 2D. Ref.: Civ-2825

Field Data Merging

The "Field data importation" mechanism from another Vision database no longer worked. It was fixed. Ref.: Civ-3165

Output File

The path of the text editor can now contain spaces, example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows nt\accessories\. Ref.: Civ-3149

Options

A new option is added to the "Global settings" to display or not display the "Geo-Plus" menu in the AutoCAD menu bar. Ref.: Civ-3299

The "Terrain directory" parameter is now directly accessible from VisionPlus in the "Models and directories" section of the "Global settings". Ref.: Civ-3228

It is no longer mandatory to enter the name of the lots database. Ref.: Civ-3162
