If an object must be vectorized frequently (standard road, sidewalks, median strip, etc.) it can be saved and inserted into a template as needed.

The template containing the object must first be saved. Then when the object appears in a cross-section and must be inserted, the “Copy” button will ask for a .GAB file. The previously saved template is chosen and the points representing the object must be selected. Clicking on the “Copy to clipboard” button will copy the selected points and the window can be closed. Afterwards, the user must select a point in the template list before or after which he wants to insert the object and insert it with the proper icon (“Insert before” / “Insert after” icons).
