This tool assigns or updates RGB values in the point cloud using corresponding pixels from spherical images. The colorization effect will be visible when using the Color by RGB display mode.

Colorization Methods

1. Image by Image

  • Assigns colors to points within a specific radius of each image.

  • The Max Radius field defines how far from the image the points will be colorized.

2. Point by Point

  • Assigns colors by finding the closest image for each point in the point cloud.

  • Each point is colorized based on its nearest image, ensuring a precise match.
