Classes

This tab shows a list of 128 classes which are named according to the ASPRS standard. Every checked (selected) class will be visible in the point cloud and will therefore be considered by the different selecting tools and analysis processes. 

The "PTS" column will show the number of points in each classes, but must first be calculated by clicking on its header .

The name of a class as well as its color may be modified according to user preference. The class colors are useful when viewing the point cloud in “Color by Class” mode (see point cloud display for more information). The modifications are project dependent, so every project may have its own classes for its own needs.
