Troubleshooting

If you get this message, your firewall may be blocking the online license request.

  1. Click on the “OK” button and close the interface with the “X” button.

  2. Click on the “Save as” button and save the license request (txt file) in the directory of your choice (LicenseRequest_Lidar Pro.txt).

  1. E-mail the file (LicenseRequest_Lidar Pro.txt) to licenseactivation@geo-plus.com.

Please note that you will receive the license in the same e-mail box to which it was sent.

 

  1. This takes a few minutes, but you will receive an e-mail containing a file and a key. You have 2 options for activating the license:

  • Copy the license file into VisionPlus > License installation directory (C:\Program Files\VisionPlus\License).

  • Or activate the activation key you received by e-mail (see : I received an activation key).
