Sections reports

The interface brought up by the button lets you view the report containing the volume calculation information for each of the sections. This report includes their chaining, the cut and fill areas, the cut and fill volumes, and the total volume. Each volume calculation will have its own table in the report. The report can be saved in text format with options at the bottom of the window.
