Virtual surveying
(video explains Vision database, picking points and viewing points)
Virtual surveying is performed with a series of tools allowing the user to measure and vectorize elements in the point cloud to points or polylines, just as field instruments can measure elements in the field. Vectorized information is stored in the project database and can be exported to DXF, CSV and LandXML format.
There are many ways to perform virtual surveying in VisionLidar. First, picking points and creating lines can be done manually. Moreover, to speed up the process, VisionLidar offers many automatic detection functions allowing the user to vectorize elements automatically.
