Advanced Selection

The Advanced Selection tool allows you to select points in the point cloud using different selection methods, providing more flexibility for data segmentation.

Selection Methods

• By Rectangle – Selects points by drawing a rectangular selection area.

• By Polygon – Works the same way as the Select tool, allowing freeform polygonal selection.

• By Radius – Selects all points within a defined radius, creating a spherical selection.

• By Cluster – Groups and selects points into clusters based on user-defined parameters.

How to Use the Advanced Selection Tool

1. Choose a selection method from the available options.

2. Click “Start Selection” to activate the tool.

3. The Selection Window will appear, functioning similarly to the standard selection tool.
