This tool allows users to define and store survey points by selecting corresponding points in two different images. These points are then saved in the VisionLidar database as reference survey points.

How to Add a Survey Point

  1. Click on the Survey Point Tool Icon.

  2. Select a point in the first image by clicking on the desired location.

  3. Select the same point in the second image by repeating the process.

  4. Click “Detect” to populate the Detected field, confirming the match.

  5. Click “Add to COGO” to open the Enter Points/Chains window.

  6. Save the detected survey point in the VisionLidar database.
