Menu: Analyze / Cluster

The Clusterization Tool allows users to detect and manage clusters of points in a point cloud. When opening this tool for the first time, users must define a Cluster Library Folder, which serves as the storage location for all detected clusters.

1. Defining the Cluster Library

Upon launching the tool for the first time, the user will be prompted to select a folder to store detected clusters.

  • The Cluster Library saves clusters in the following formats:
    ✔ .PCD (Point Cloud Data)
    ✔ .OSGB (OpenSceneGraph Binary)

  • Cluster Categories, if created, will also be stored in this folder.

  • Categories can be applied to future projects, enabling streamlined cluster organization.

2. Managing the Cluster Library

The Cluster Library Folder can be changed at any time:

🔧 Go to: Menu → Settings → Objects → Clusterizer → Cluster Library Folder

This allows users to switch between different libraries, depending on the project requirements.
